The following reading list comes from the 800-hour professional yoga therapist program offered at the Kripalu Yoga for Center and Health. It is part of the Integrative Yoga Therapy teaching program now at Kripalu. The IYT teaching program is a time-honored yoga therapy training program developed by Joseph and Lilian LePage. The LePage’s have  teamed up with Kripalu to offer their outstanding yoga therapy teaching curriculum. Get a head start and learn with others who will complete this yoga therapy program.
